The presentation of Certificates of Appointment for Penghulu Mukim and Village Heads in Brunei Muara District was held on 19th June afternoon. The certificates of appointment were for two Penghulu Mukim and eighteen Village Head posts.

The certificates of appointment were presented by Awang Abdul Walid bin Haji Matassan, Permanent Secretary for Municipal and District at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The ceremony ran concurrently with the official unveiling of signboards at several Village Head residences. Present was Pengiran Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer.
